Registration Guidelines
Author Registration Policy
At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the author rate before January 23, 2026 (camera-ready deadline) to ensure publication in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
Payment Authorization
Payment should only be made after your paper is accepted and you receive an official acceptance email from us. Do not make payment without acceptance confirmation.
Presentation Requirements
The registered author must present the paper in person at the conference. Papers not presented will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore as per IEEE no-show policy.
Paper Limits
Each registration covers one paper. Additional papers require payment of the additional paper fee. Maximum of 8 pages allowed per paper (6 pages + 2 additional pages).
Membership Verification
IEEE members must provide valid membership details during registration. Students must upload valid student ID for student rates.
Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please ensure all details are correct before completing payment.
