Submission Guidelines
Information for authors preparing and submitting papers to the conference
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Please carefully follow these guidelines to ensure your submission is properly formatted and can be included in the conference proceedings.
1 Length and Format
Manuscripts must follow the IEEE template and not exceed 6 pages (excluding references). References may be included within the 6-page limit or on one additional page.

2 Layout and Typography
Please maintain the specified margins and line spacing and use a double-column format in 10-point font.
3 File Format
Submissions must be in docx format, readable, and adhere to the template requirements.
4 Anonymous Submission
Submissions must be anonymous for a double-blind review.
5 AI-Generated Content Disclosure
According to the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board Operations Manual, the use of AI-generated content (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section. The AI system used needs to be identified, as well as the specific section of the article that uses AI (including the use of AI for editing and grammar).
Submission Process
All manuscripts must be submitted through the official conference submission system. Authors will receive an acknowledgment email upon successful submission.
